The Southern Indians won the league title outright, and qualified for the 2019 OHSAA playoffs

In the second year of the league, Columbiana, Southern, and United all shared the league title. Southern however, was the only member of the league to qualify for the QHSAA playoffs.

The East Palestine Bulldogs captured the first EOAC championship with a perfect 7-0 record. Three members of the league qualified for the OHSAA playoffs with Columbiana, East Palestine and Lisbon all seeing post-season play.

The EOAC was formed when the 16 members of the Inter-Tri County League voted to disband the league. The seven northern members of the ITCL plus Waterloo formed the Mahoning Valley Athletic Conference (MVAC), while seven southern members of the league plus Toronto formed the EOAC.

Toronto would resign from the league following two years of membership, citing financial reasons. The league would only have seven members during the 2019-2020 school year.

In 2020, Valley Christian was approved as a eighth member of the league to begin athletic competition in the 2020-2021 school year. They will begin football play in the 2021 season.
